Website Returns Policy:
Christmas Returns Policy 2011:
Extended return policy for gifts purchased for this christmas untill January 5th 2012
- We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt (see below for return address). We will require you to telephone us prior to sending the items in order for us to issue you will a return authorisation number (RAN). Please have your 'Order ID' to hand when you call (this can be found on top right hand corner of packing invoice). You should detail the RAN on your packing invoice and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return. We are more than willing to arrange collection using DHL, otherwise we would recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service) as the goods remain your property until they are returned to us in suitable condition. You should also always obtain a proof of postage. The cost of the return is down to you.

- Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of 47 Degrees. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
- We advise that all customers check items thoroughly upon receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
